is a premier provider of professional services to federal government agencies and, brings extensive experience staffing and managing personnel at customer sites, no matter where those sites are
and the security credentials required. Our processes include background checks, drug testing, skill competency testing (e.g. Typing, computer skills), and, when required, personnel security credentials. All of our staffing processes are designed to place personnel at our customers’ work sites, including any credentials or paperwork (e.g. Building access cards, car decals) needed. We also provide corporate office space for our personnel supporting our customers remotely.

 MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
LCI uses our Program Management Office (PMO), located at our Oklahoma City corporate office, to manage personnel and programs across the nation, including a large number here in Oklahoma. |

WEB-BASED SYSTEMS
We use Web-based resume, management, and timekeeping systems that allow our personnel to support our customers from anywhere. We use SharePoint sites to manage and coordinate with customers and staffing personnel.

 QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
LCI knows the local Oklahoma job market, the most effective advertising outlets, and methods to maintain a pre-screened bench of qualified personnel. We administer typing, Microsoft Office, and other application tests to ensure each applicant meets all position requirements.

 TRAINING
We have a state-of-the-art local training facility and certified trainers and offer additional training opportunities to personnel supporting this contract and our valued OU customers.
