LCI brings proven experience providing BTS support to military installations. Our
services include switch monitoring and maintenance; help desk and technical support
to resolve trouble calls and outages; inside and outside plant operations; repairs;
installations; cable staking and marking; upgrades and expansions; preventive maintenance;
voice protection system support; traffic measurement and analysis; estimates/surveys;
and work orders. LCI has the expertise, credentials, and experience to ensure your

LCI provides a wide range of engineering support to DoD programs to include requirements
translation and allocation, technical analysis, specification reviews, test and
evaluation, resource planning and management, reliability and maintainability (R&M),

LCI has extensive experience in DoD equipment management. We provide a full range
of asset management services in full compliance with government regulations such
as Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-112, and we have proven experience providing training
to over 150 DoD Equipment Custodians (ECs). LCI also maintains government-furnished
property in accordance with DoD regulations - tracking, transferring, disposing,

lightning protection, spares provisioning, and HVAC for leased and owned telecommunications
network and system equipment. Our experience also includes detailed coordination
with local communication service providers, Government agencies, field customers,
and various commercial vendors.
Specifically, LCI worked closely with Government personnel to decommission old,
purely analog, stand-alone facilities with long haul connections to the Defense
Switched Network and command and control centers; and shorter haul circuits interconnecting
radio station control sites, transmit sites, and receive sites. Throughout the decommissioning
of the legacy systems, LCI helped establish the necessary interconnectivity to establish
a fully integrated global radio network with an Internet protocol remote control
infrastructure.
