NETCENTS 2 Program Manager

Position Summary
Provide overall management and business development for the NETCENTS 2 contract. The manager will be responsible for maintaining the on site NETCENTS 2 program office which will include responsibilities in reportable activities and proposal development; working with a multi-site team and managing full time personnel in multiple locations. May assign individual responsibilities and identify appropriate resources as needed and may be responsible for developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Responsibilities will also include developing business relations with senior military and civilian executives to market LCI capabilities and identify additional business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day management of multiple concurrent Government task orders, ensuring that technical program tasks and schedules are met.
  • Ensures that performance measures and standards for program(s) are met; monitors performance; guides staff in making adjustments to program administration and strategy to ensure that respective contract standards are achieved.
  • Assists with the development of task order proposals to include development of technical proposal inputs (i.e. detailing the methods we will use to meet task order requirements) identification of qualified candidates and refinement of resumes, attendance of meetings and industry days as requested and development and submission of other data inputs as required.
  • Identify business opportunities for the NETCENTS 2 contract vehicle and work with LCI Business Development (BD) to develop winning capture plans and strategies to pursue those opportunities
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor`s or Master`s degree with a Computer Science, Engineering or Business major.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Air Force Communications Community
  • Experience beneficial in IT Support, Acquisition, Financial Management and Contracting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, communications skills and writing skills
  • PMP Certification Preferred
Skills and Certifications
  • ITIL or CMMI (Level II minimum)
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards and Certification
  • Proficient in MS Office products specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
  • Strong focus on customer service, quality and teamwork.
  • Strong time/project management and organization skills and the ability to remain flexible and effective under pressure in a fast paced environment.
