- Scope: The Air Force has a need for technical and management expertise to support the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems, to include airframe, engines, avionics, components, weapon systems integration, and support equipment. This Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support will supplement government organic resources at the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), select Wright-Patterson Air Force Base tenant organizations, and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC).
