LCI Launches 5-Point Leader™
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Leader Communications Incorporate (LCI) has a launched a new business initiative to provide IT support to commercial clients, including small businesses and non-profit organizations. 5-Point Leader™ is a total approach to IT support, including network administration, desktop support, training, disaster recovery planning, hardware and software tracking, backups, and security based on LCI’s successful performance providing IT support to its Government customers.

“We saw an opportunity to roll out a comprehensive, ‘total’ IT support program that would give small companies the same technology edge and advantages as their big business counterparts and competitors,” said Angela Cole, LCI Vice President of Business Services.

LCI offers basic desktop support and upgrades, network and server support, hardware and software asset management, equipment repairs and maintenance, ordering, disaster recovery, security, training, software products, technology solutions, ticket tracking systems, telecommunications, hosting, web design, and advanced technical training to small businesses and non-profit organizations. LCI’s website for this new business area is www.5PointLeader.com. We will offer this total solution to companies who would like to take advantage of the IT tools available to them, Cole said.

“We won’t walk in and tell customers to change everything, we will work within their parameters,” Cole said.
