LCI Awarded the Ethics Compass Award
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Recently, the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium (“OK Ethics”) announced that Leader Communications, Inc. will receive this year’s Compass Award in the mid-sized category for best practices in reinforcing ethical behavior.

OK Ethics is a non-profit organization consisting of nearly 700 business leaders representing over 100 companies in the state. The group is dedicated to promoting Oklahoma values of integrity at work through a series of monthly programs offered in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Nominees interested in achieving the award must complete an exhaustive application with criteria based on the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award. An independent selection team that is comprised of certified quality examiners, former award recipients and respected state leaders, spends hours evaluating data provided by those vying for the recognition.
