LCI Wins TAASC Contract
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - Leader Communications, Incorporated (LCI) has been awarded the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services Contract (TAASC), along with four other small businesses, which consolidates many contracts and is estimated at approximately $350M, according to the FBO website.

"LCI is very proud and excited about being selected as one of the TAASC awardees," said Mike Lyles, LCI President and CEO.

LCI is ISO:9000 2001 certified, rated CMMI® (v1.2) Level 3, Small Disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) IT and management services firm. Since 1999, LCI has grown from a company of one to over 300 employees supporting customers across the U.S., according to its website.

Angela Cole, LCI's Vice President of Business Services, said TAASC will allow LCI to provide high quality, customer-focused service to a larger number of Tinker AFB customers, and to continue serving customers who have come to know and appreciate the LCI 'standard of excellence.'

"LCI has been faithfully serving the Tinker AFB community since 1999, and we consider the Tinker mission our own," Cole said. "We have been blessed to work with great customers who have vision and are dedicated to making the mission and the organizations we serve successful and efficient."

Cole said the team reflects its commitment to Tinker and Oklahoma. All of the LCI team members have experience supporting Tinker and have a solid and continuing commitment to serving Tinker in the future. She said LCI will be able to grow as a company and provide opportunities for other Oklahoma businesses alongside the outstanding large business partners they have as part of their team.

TAASC encompasses 13 functional category requirements including program management, administrative management, configuration management, government property, facilitation, training, financial management, logistics, contracting, data management, engineering, manufacturing, and subject matter expert support. TAASC is a 5-year contract set aside 100% for small businesses.

"Rarely does a small business get an opportunity to prime such a large and diverse contract, where the services provided range from equipment management to program management of complex programs and systems," Cole said.

LCI is the prime contractor on a team with 7 other companies that include Engineering Management Concepts; Abacus Technology; Anautics, Inc.; Argent Global Services; Oklahoma State University Center for Innovation and Economic Development, Inc.; ICF International; and Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc.
