LCI Wins TAASC Contract
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK - Leader Communications, Incorporated (LCI)
has been awarded the Tinker Advisory and Assistance Services
Contract (TAASC), along with four other small businesses,
which consolidates many contracts and is estimated at
approximately $350M, according to the FBO website.
"LCI is very proud and excited about being selected as one of
the TAASC awardees," said Mike Lyles, LCI President and CEO.
LCI is ISO:9000 2001 certified, rated CMMI® (v1.2) Level 3,
Small Disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Small
Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) IT and management
services firm. Since 1999, LCI has grown from a company of one
to over 300 employees supporting customers across the U.S.,
according to its website.
Angela Cole, LCI's Vice President of Business Services, said
TAASC will allow LCI to provide high quality, customer-focused
service to a larger number of Tinker AFB customers, and to
continue serving customers who have come to know and appreciate
the LCI 'standard of excellence.'
"LCI has been faithfully serving the Tinker AFB community since
1999, and we consider the Tinker mission our own," Cole

have vision and are dedicated to making the mission and the

Cole said the team reflects its commitment to Tinker
and Oklahoma. All of the LCI team members have experience
supporting Tinker and have a solid and continuing commitment
to serving Tinker in the future. She said LCI will be able
to grow as a company and provide opportunities for other
Oklahoma businesses alongside the outstanding large business
partners they have as part of their team.
TAASC encompasses 13 functional category requirements
including program management, administrative management,
configuration management, government property, facilitation,
training, financial management, logistics, contracting, data
management, engineering, manufacturing, and subject matter
expert support. TAASC is a 5-year contract set aside 100%
for small businesses.
"Rarely does a small business get an opportunity to prime
such a large and diverse contract, where the services provided
range from equipment management to program management of
complex programs and systems," Cole said.
LCI is the prime contractor on a team with 7 other companies
that include Engineering Management Concepts; Abacus Technology;
Anautics, Inc.; Argent Global Services; Oklahoma State University
Center for Innovation and Economic Development, Inc.; ICF
