LCI has a long history of providing process improvement, training, and coaching to our customers and our personnel. We have demonstrated our expertise to customers in both federal civilian and military organizations, to include CMMI® process area analysis, process development, and process refinement, and development of Agile-based Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, policies, templates, and full suites of project documentation, as well as implementation of enterprise-wide scheduling and tracking tools to support project management, error tracking, customer requests, time management, budgeting, and configuration control. LCI’s own CMMI® Level 3 v1.3 rated Software Engineering Process is fully integrated with the Agile methodology, and we have leveraged that expertise to help our customers establish and refine their organizations’ software engineering process.
