Telecommunications Management/Support

LCI has considerable experience in the development of telecommunication network and system transition plans including roles, responsibilities, procedures, milestones, deliverables, funding, and budget requirements. LCI has played critical roles on installation and maintenance teams, performing site preparation, power, wiring, grounding/bounding, minor construction, extensive antenna repair/replacement, state-of-the-art lightning protection, spares provisioning, and HVAC for leased and owned telecommunications network and system equipment. Our experience also includes detailed coordination with local communication service providers, Government agencies, field customers, and various commercial vendors.

Specifically, LCI worked closely with Government personnel to decommission old, purely analog, stand-alone facilities with long haul connections to the Defense Switched Network and command and control centers; and shorter haul circuits interconnecting radio station control sites, transmit sites, and receive sites. Throughout the decommissioning of the legacy systems, LCI helped establish the necessary interconnectivity to establish a fully integrated global radio network with an Internet protocol remote control infrastructure.

Agile Software Development Life Cycle Expertise

LCI has been providing Agile software solutions for over a decade to federal civilian and department of defense agencies. Base Telecommunications System (BTS) Support

LCI brings proven experience providing BTS support to military installations. Equipment/Asset Management/Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) Management

LCI has extensive experience in DoD equipment management. We provide a full range of asset management services in full compliance with government regulations such as Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-112, and we have proven experience providing training to over 150 DoD Equipment Custodians (ECs). LCI also maintains government-furnished property in accordance with DoD regulations – tracking, transferring, disposing, and conducting scheduled and unscheduled inventories as required by the established requirements on our contracts.

Financial Management and Support

In support of the FAA, LCI has experience supporting the Oracle Federal Financial System (Delphi), including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial statements of reporting, and travel voucher processing modules. Our payroll teams used the Consolidated Uniform Payroll System (CUPS) and the Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPS) to process complex payroll calculations.

LCI provides financial management support for several programs in support of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC). Our services include budget planning and tracking, financial analysis, cost estimation, and cost research. Printing Plant Operations

LCI operates high-speed copier/duplicating equipment and creates and packages a wide range of professional publications. We operate photocopying, photographic, mimeograph, and electronic duplicating office machines to make copies of documents-including letters, reports, directives, manuals, articles, and bulletins. Our services also include operating binding machines, managing printing and photographic service requests, preparing assembly sheets and printing requisitions per specifications, maintaining work records, performing minor repair and preventive maintenance, and maintaining an inventory of supplies and parts needed for reproduction equipment.
