What is Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2)?

The Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a pre-competed, Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to meet a variety of diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies, with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing (FFP, T&M, CPFF, etc.) at the task order level. The VETS 2 Vehicle is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). It has been designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a Best-in-Class contract vehicle, featuring a robust contractor pool providing access to customized IT solutions from qualified SDVOSB’s, and it enables GSA to continue supporting the SDVOSB Procurement Program, while also helping funding agencies achieve their socioeconomic goals and objectives.
